For years we have been working within the university research world, in close collaboration with industry. This has allowed us to come into contact with many different production environments, thus expanding an experience and vision that would otherwise be difficult to achieve. Participation in national and international research projects has enabled us to develop skills in product development and innovation. One element that sets us apart is the flexibility with which we integrate our activities within working groups made up of members from different backgrounds and with different working methods. The ability to synergistically combine our engineering skills with the product design area of our clients allows us to manage the entire development process with efficiency and speed.

INTERVENING IN THE PHASES OF:

Concept

Engineering of new products from a functional concept and/or a design study, and resolution of related technical issues.

Development

Simulation of the conditions of use of the product to verify its characteristics (e.g. strength, stiffness, ...) before making its prototype, allowing a decisive saving in terms of lead times and production costs.

Evolution

1. IMPROVEMENT of an existing product by means of software tools that make it possible to maximise or minimise a specific characteristic (example of minimisation: lightening an object while maintaining other functionalities such as strength). 2. INNOVATION of a product in relation to the new characteristics/functionality required 3. EVALUATION OF THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS to improve the object's functionality.

Verification

Verification of product conformity to mechanical and functional requirements, in accordance with regulatory/legislative limits or complex situations and environments required by the customer.
